A COLD TRIP TO THE BEACH IN MAINE
Maine can be soooo beautiful AND COLD!
Needless to say there were not many takers on the beach with us….
While we just walked around there were SWIMMERS of course. There takes all types of pp to make a world…you would NOT catch me swimming in MARCH in MAINE. Even in the summer the water is cold so just imagine how cold it was.
Oh well….God bless ‘em.
SLEEP TWINS!! UGGHH……….
The most ridiculous part of our trip to the beach in the cold with the twins who were all bundled up was……
THEY WERE SLEEP THE WHOLE TIME.
I tell you what, I could NOT get them awake for any amount of shaking, kissing, wiggling…I even let the wind blow in Belly’s face.
Nothing…they were pooped from running in circles at the house…..so they effectively MISSED their FIRST TRIP TO THE BEACH!

WOW...the pics are really nice. The nice thing about the beach is, one can get lost in their own thoughs and just think about God looking out at the vastness of the ocean.

We used to live in the South near the beach. My senior mom and I loved to go walking there. It was gloriously warm in the summer, but BRRRR, the wind and cold temps made it pretty chilly come mid-fall to late spring. Still warmer than Maine I suspect.
