THANKFUL THURSDAY – A REGULAR HOMESCHOOL DAY
I realized it was Thankful Thursday ALL day today and simmered to figure out what I am thankful for…
I am so blessed it is hard to choose….
I am thankful for a quiet day today…we had a regular homeschool day with the ups and downs, bumps and tears, laughs and fun…..
I lectured a few kids about getting their schoolwork done….probably more than they wanted…
Cracked up when my 4yo was doing phonics and decided there was no “L-L-LiNe” on the page and drew a line all the way across the page….to the previous page in the book to the picture of a “L-L-LiMe” . Since he had never heard of a lime or saw one, he figured it MUST be a line instead. I laughed so hard I couldn’t argue with him…
The twins did their regular romping around too…
and getting into stuff…LOL
Overall it was a blessed regular day…
Thank God for ordinary days…
